Thomeczek & Brink was founded by Jim Thomeczek in 1995, with its original focus on representing Missouri public school districts in special education matters. When Bo Thomeczek joined Jim in 1997, the Firm added a general law practice dimension. John Brink came to the Firm in 2003, reaffirming the Firm’s reputation as the preeminent special education law firm in Missouri.
In 2009, the Firm became known as Thomeczek & Brink, LLC. Thomeczek & Brink is dedicated to providing excellent, responsive and trusted legal services to our clients, with a solution-based approach to their legal needs.
