Capital Financing
The services provided to Missouri School Districts by L.J. Hart and Company include professional assistance in planning for future capital facilities needs through the use of General Obligation Bond issues or Capital Facilities Lease financing. L.J. Hart and Company also assists Missouri School Districts with School Bus Lease financing arrangements. This company will assist the school district with the development of election strategies, reinvestment of the financing proceeds during construction, and other follow-up services necessary to successfully complete the financing.
No fees are charged for the preparation of a preliminary financial analysis for a proposed building program or equipment lease program. The analysis provides a variety of repayment plans, projection for tax levies required and suggestions of methods to minimize the levy increase.
